Mahoromatic appears to be your typical anime: A teenage boy lives alone in a king-sized house, save for the sexy robot maid girl whom he’s subjugated. And despite his general impotence, every female he encounters is feverishly after his junk. This is no different than any other recent anime you’ve seen…
…until the last episode. That’s when shit turns sideways.
As you begin to watch the trailer below, I know what you’re thinking: “Wow! This show looks fucking sweet! Aliens, robots, and explosions are awesome!” This is not what the show is. Once you reach the 1min 40sec mark, the horrible truth shall reveal itself. Kevin insists that the first 25 episodes are payment in advance for the show’s thrilling cyberpunk finale.

How is this the same show???
In the Method to Madness podcast, I’m joined with my good friend Kevin “The Business” Gray to discuss great anime and video games that you should be watching as well as ones you should feel ashamed you are watching.

Something seems to be wrong with your tags. This wasn’t under anime and when I clicked the anime tag there were cosplay entries and whatnot in it. I had to manually go through the months archive to find this.
Other than that, yeah, I don’t think I can bring myself to suffer through this. No ending could be worth it.

Often I will neglect tagging a post if there is a similar site category link. Part of me feels it’s redundant to tag something with “anime” when it’s also under the “anime” category. Or, like this post, I’ll forget to do either.
Should be fixed, though… In time I’ll probably tag and categorize posts under the same keywords to make searching easier for all.

Well I was just mentioning it because I was wondering what anime you’ve watched and there wasn’t a list so when I started scrolling through the results I was like, hey, some of this stuff isn’t anime… and where’s Mahoromatic? Makes me wonder what else might be missing.
