    It was so funny a few years ago when I was asked to write reviews for Capcom products… They’d hired up some marketing company to use word of mouth through online communities to promote their stuff. The marketing company dropped me a line explaining that they wanted me to write reviews because I was “a reputable member of the Street Fighter community”.

    That’s right…me. David Sirlin? Justin Wong? Daigo? PEONS. I make shit move. The video game industry teeters on my passing whim…

    Actually, I wasn’t the only one they approached and after two product reviews, I don’t think Capcom ever used those guys again. But hey, I got free stuff.
