The tops for me this year were Black Lagoon and Guin Saga. I did really like what I saw of Eve no Jikan, very post-modern to the point it reminded me of Bladerunner. The scenes where they go through what's playing on tv really did it for me. Reminded me how in Cowboy Bebop they basically built up the setting through what was playing on TV. Very cool!
