		<description>Just a quick note:  the original aspect ration for the film as listed on IMDB is 1.85 : 1, which is a widescreen format.  Unlike other Rankin / Bass animations, which were made for TV, &lt;I&gt;The Last Unicorn&lt;/I&gt; was released theatrically.  I&#039;m also reasonably sure from repeatedly viewings of both American DVD releases that there is more picture available in the 25th Anniversary edition.  So I don&#039;t think that version of the film is cropped.</description>
