Yaya Han as Sharon Apple (Idol Talk version)
from Macross Plus
Yaya Han is one of the very few people to cosplay as Sharon Apple. Macross Plus is the underappreciated cousin in the Macross family and Sharon Apple’s elaborate forms beg to be cosplayed (despite her being a hologram). Yaya Han not only dared, but mastered the incarnation of Sharon Apple, adopting the form she took during the “Idol Talk” performance in the second episode.
I did a fantastic interview with Yaya Han for GotGame and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her. She’s as smart and talented as she is beautiful and very passionate about her craft.
